I didn't search because I thought it was either a typo or some amorphous term like "workers".

I don't mind searching, but I'm not a mind reader.

Think of your reader and use all controls like careful capitalization and punctuation and spelling so you don't trip up or misdirect your readers. At least give them all the clues you can.
