Has changed. Josh Marshall of TPM and others like Chris Hayes are reporting that Schumer made a deal with Thune that Senate Dems would vote for cloture to get a vote on Sen Murray's 30 day CR but it will fail and then Republicans will pass the Republican CR on a straight Republican party line vote.
