He should be judged as criminally insane. Mere Malignant Narcissism isn't enough to describe his actions. It is criminally insane to make the entire world hate your country just so you can get your rocks off on the pain it's causing everybody. It's also criminally insane to sell out the top secrets of your own country to the highest bidder, just to put more money into your pocket, and more retribution towards the people who didn't want you as their president... first, or ever again. If it's not criminally insane, it ought to be!
