Normalized anti-Semitism in the guise of social justice activism in support of authoritarian right wing religious autocracies is an everyday occurrence at this point.
Permission structures started to emerge the week after October 7 when mainstream news sources started pushing back against the visceral reality of the slaughter by both-siding their reports with, "but Hamas says...".
Jews denied service, Jewish businesses targeted, synagogues attacked, Jews shot down in cold blood, Jews set on fire ... and all it seems to elicit is a collective shrug.
The masks are off.
