1 Getting enough Democrats to the polls to vote
2 The real likelihood that the election A) might be rigged and B) that the election is postponed by what’s his name.
3 Rebranding of the party in a way that people will be drawn to policies that they can relate to as well as. benefit from. At one point we had a government that tried to help the electorate, not screw the electorate - and that fact in itself could be a major campaign feature.

I have doubts that there is enough time between now and the mid-terms to accomplish a major rebranding of the party unless by some miracle we come up with a super candidate, someone with the charisma to pull people to the polls. We need another JFK. We need strong, decisive leadership that offers value to its base. I try to be optimistic, but the daily grind of nauseating headlines from Republicans makes it tough.

There’s a lot of hard work and brainstorming to be done in a short amount of time, which if not successful will more than likely mean it was our last free election.
