5. I don't know what to feel first.

Embarrassed?

Shock?

Anger?

Freaked out?

Destabilized?

Humiliated?

Chastened? (Hmm… that would imply a lesson’s been learned.).

I kinda doubt any big-business Americans might actually learn something from this, but seems to me they need to. Or are we just way too important, entitled, and/or haughty to learn anything from this? We’re always supposed to win, in these things? Does anybody bother to think ahead about how to handle a setback? I’m kinda assuming that’s a dynamic in play now.
