Legal DUers, would a state legislator be able to read intel into the state record without penalty? [View all]

For example, if the Maxwell family gave certain info on an orange foolio to a NY state representative to read into the official state record, is there any federal penalty for that?

(Ghislaine has many siblings and she’s still married fyi).

I know she wants a pardon and threatening to reveal incriminating evidence is, imo, probably her next gambit. But she may run into the fact that other publishers are loathe to legally brawl with Traitor (or they get bought off like Traitor tried and failed to do, with the WSJ)
