5. It is hard to figure. On one hand, it can be said that that Trump was reasonably articulate in the 1990s.

In the 1990s, he was interviewed by Charlie Rose. Talk about two predators getting together. Wow! Their off-camera discussions about their exploits must have been abhorrent. Anyway, Trump comes off in the interview as being coherent, articulate and passably charming (as most grifters pretend to be).

On the other hand, there is a possibility (maybe only remote) that the scrivener of the note was Maxwell, who was the one who solicited bawdy birthday anniversary greetings from Epstein's acquaintances. Maybe Trump got on the phone and provided Maxwell with a general outline, and she proceeded to "flesh" it out with the particular choice of words and the sketch of the female anatomy. The spikey signature of Trump would not have been difficult for Maxwell to replicate. In any event, I think the greeting met with Trump's approval, and that he and Epstein cackled about it afterwards.
