....the letter was supposed to sound cryptic, but his lack of intelligence makes it sound like someone making fun of literacy instead.

And I agree with post #7, he thought he was being clever hiding his true thought by using an anagram of "gamine", it was probably something his pedophile buddies did often among each other.
