It's been a bit shadowy and hard to pin down. Some of the funding even bypassed Congress.

The annual funding, aside from the war, and ongoing, is around 3.5 billion, I believe.

Historically, Israel is the largest recipient of US foreign aid. Somewhere around $300 billion to date.

All funds should be cut now, no more arms either. Though we know the US won't, other countries might. Canada has, at least the transfer of arms.
