7. I was just thinking the exact same thing this morning myself. But I'm also very angry and can't help but

think -- and conclude -- that this won't end well. I don't see a peaceful resolution to our current situation here in the US. I am convinced that we have seen the last of free and fair elections at least for the next four years, and if we lose again -- whether fair or foul in 2028 -- well beyond that. That makes me angry. I'm sure there are tens of thousands of others who are angry like me. Something is going to break. What scares me is the growing police state ... and the radical right-wing militia types who will support them. They will push good people into doing bad things -- and then watch out. ... In the end, the good will prevail, but not without a lot of pain and misery. That's what both scares and angers me.
