I'm not sure how either of those could be called 'scholars', let alone genocide scholars. When I did some googling, there was no hint that either of them had any background in Genocide studies, so I'm wondering why the person that posted the link misrepresented who they were. Possibly assuming that no-one at DU would be bothered clicking on their links?
Anyway, after encountering that. I'm not inclined to be impressed by any of their 'research' or to agree with them that their opinions are actually facts. I don't think they have any great knowledge or understanding of genocide and have very little apart from snark and less than LW Israeli sources to back up their argument against Israel committing any of the following: genocide, ethnic cleansing, genocidal intent, war crimes, starvation or domicide.
