7. Some are speculating he would be deported back to El Salvador by Uganda.

He's from El Salvador, not Venezuela and he cannot be deported to El Salvador because of a 2019 court order. However, the 2019 order is a deportation order that allows him to be deported to a third country. Back then, the US rarely deported to third countries. And he wasn't exactly "high profile", so he was allowed to stay in the US.
