Residents of DC and the northern Virginia DC suburbs can just hop into a Metro and be in Maryland in less than an hour, in some cases within minutes. If Wes Moore’s administration keeps Maryland off the list, restaurants, bars and cafés in his state near the borders with DC and NoVa are about to get a nice jump in business during hours that their pharmacies are open.
