8. What I saw on CNN was that this was the first report under a "new" BLS leader.

Which is true -- the BLS currently is currently led by an acting Commissioner who took the place of the one fired by Trump. But the acting Commissioner is not the person that Trump has nominated for the position and who hasn't yet been confirmed.

Somewhat vague and sloppy by CNN, but not inaccurate either.
