My guess is that 99.5 percent of those arrested were Hispanic construction workers. South Korea will have to pay some kind of bribe to trump to get their handful of people released (some small visa oversight?).
The question for the South Koreans is going to be, where will they find workers to complete the plant on time? Will we give the South Koreans a list of local Medicaid recipients?
