34. Because of the SHADOW DOCKET, they aren't documenting ANYTHING

They are just getting in a room and deciding what they want for each case and never explaining any legal basis for any of it.

That is horrible. Dems should be actively campaigning o issues like this. The average person doesn't understand how the court works, it with some repetition, we could make the "shadow docket" think stick. That phrase already sounds like Darth Vader. We don't have to explain. Just go with , "If you give the Democrats a governing majority, we will reform the Supreme Court, with term limits, a strict code of conduct and ethics, the end of the shadow docket, and no more stolen seats."
