clearly has a lot of experience. There are a lot of people in the country who could have pulled that off. The bigger question is whether or not the shooter acted on his own initiative. At some point the issue will be raised whether this was a false flag: kill one of your own to incite others on your side to violence.

Not necessarily a professional. Many hunters routinely sight in their rifles at 200 yards. especially with a scope.
