The whole point of stochastic terrorism is to get someone to do the murdering for you so you don't have to get your hands dirty (i.e. face liability for the murder).

All you have to do is tell your cult followers that liberals are responsible for murder and you leave it up to the cultists to do your dirty work, like Trump does here:
