Tariffs taxes as implemented by Herbert Hoover tRump are haphazard, uncoordinated, scattershot and not aimed at onshoring production. He is so stupid. He thinks he can fool American people that they are not paying the tax.

It's a money grab to help reduce the massive increase in US debt he is causing, all for the benefit of the 1 %.
