"UnitedHealth is scaling back its Medicare Advantage offerings, with plans to exit 109 counties and discontinue plans that cover approximately 600,000 members in 2026."

This will be in mostly rural areas. They aren't making enough money. Apparently they haven't been able to deny enough claims 🙄
