in both NJ and VA. Trump was a factor in more than half the votes, more in the negative than the positive.

The fact is that Trump through words and actions is omnipresent, more than any President I can remember back to Kennedy.

At this point, his problem is that more people are against him than for him. What should trouble him is that in almost every NJ and VA county, there was a shift to the left. The good news with that is it increases the risk of Republican redistricting, where some districts have to be made weaker for them to create more Republican districts. We could be looking at a blue wave that raises our numbers everywhere. (As neither NJ or VA are solid red, this might not happen in areas that are far redder.)
