12. I see all these medical forms asking for SSN. I NEVER fill it out.

Thursday

The doctors office does not need it. I never give it to them and can't remember a time when I was told I HAD to supply my SSN. If they ever do, I'm finding another medical facility.

When I lived in Nebraska, they used one's ssn as their DL number. I went to DMV and told them Federal Law ... marble falls Thursday #13
