The USA does not recognise the ICC. As long as he stays put he's untouchable.

He can also travel to Russia, Israel, China, Libya and Qatar since they do not recognise the ICC.

Good riddance. Let him go there.

Will he be apprehended if he visits his little Scottish golf clubs? Who knows.
