I have contacted all of my docs about this and the response I get is, the fatigue is probably associated with something else. Like type 2 diabetes.

Without it however I am prone to significant TIA's. To the point where I really no longer go to the hospital. What would be another medication option?

I will be pointing to this study with a doc in near future.
