We brought about intense media coverage on subsidies and SNAP. Before, you didn't hear a peep about it. Now, when those price hikes hit, they will blame Trump. Also, not getting SNAP is a big deal. The people on DU saying it's a cave don't worry about their food. People need to eat. This shutdown can't go on forever. It's about humanity, irrespective of Trump.
