15. I know, that's why i think Durbin voted for the Republican bill, so Schumer didn't have to.

Schumer doesn't have to vote yes, but knows it will pass thanks to his buddy Durbin voting yes. Schumer knows how to count votes, why wouldn't he trade his for Durbin's? Durbin takes the heat and Schumer looks good, what does Durbin care, he's done. Schumer should be done too.
