Have been on bio-identical estrogen and progesterone for many yrs. It’s so common now, you can get bio identicals online with no prescription.

Bio identicals hormone are often from wild yams (sometimes soy)
Wild yams from Mexico contain a steroid that converts into progesterone and the different estrogens. You can get it in cream to rub on daily or patches.

I was getting it by prescription for yrs till I found the exact amt as my prescription online for cheaper.

Women gynecologists from NYU Langone Menapause program have been vocal on the use of biological hormones being heart protective for yrs.
