I listened to Indivisible's founder Ezra Levin just now.... [View all]

He is planning the next move and I will continue to follow his activism.

Last night I looked for responses from him and I only was able to find 2 Instagram posts. He was "shocked". I can't post them since I don't do social media.

The largest protest in USA history ( 21 million at NO KINGS Oct 18th) and then a huge "blue wave" on election night.

"Dems should stop treating the GOP as a partner instead of a real opposition. 8 Dems are retiring and not up for reelection voted with MAGA last night. There may be more than 8 members who aren't in line and recapitulate. This a problem with the Dem leadership. Hold the leader and caucus accountable. Dems are not moving forward with choosing a new leader. Indivisible says THE PRIMARIES are our next focus. Dems need to call out for new leadership. Schumer must step down.

Long term: Indivisible is now working on the largest "primary program" Indivisible has done. The Senate and House will both be addressed.

Short term:
1. This is not a totally done deal. The Freedom Caucus could blow itself up. Not much of a chance realistically. Jeffries is not happy with the deal and is going to whip his caucus to come up with a vote in the House. Encourage your Dem reps in the House. Call them!

2. Push majority Dems to ask for new Senate leadership. We need a united leadership!!!
Ask the Dems in office, "Who do you support for leadership, what are you willing to fight for, and how do we know you will fight for this?".
