I would add that if in the unlikely event Trump is impeached and we get JD Vance, at least Vance would get the message- mess around and you too can be impeached. I think Vance is pretty detestable, but he probably would be more manageable than Trump. Also, Vance is a charisma vacuum and would not inspire the MAGA base like the Trump Personality Cult does, and that is a good thing.
