The Spectrum (and JFK Stadium - since this was the 40th anniversary of Live Aid that was played there), AND Veteran's Stadium (where the Eagles and Phillies played previously) got bowled down to make way for Lincoln Financial Field (Eagles), Citizen's Bank Park (Phillies), and the Wells Fargo Center (formerly the Corestates Center, then the First Union Center, then Wachovia Center, then Wells Fargo Center ) for the Sixers/Flyers.

Soccer has finally taken off in the U.S. over the past 40 years big time (particularly with the kids to get them accustomed to it since they can just learn to play with a big field and a single net).
