and CA is doing the same thing:
Creating Dem friendly districts, which will surely be appealed to the Supreme court, about he same time TX's map arrives. Or, hold all redistricting cases and rule en mass. So the SC can't rule in favor of TX without ruling in favor of CA and NY.
