5. Question: does every "signature" have to be ink on paper?

I would imagine that most of the canvassing these days is done by email and phone, rather than door-to-door.

Post-Covid canvassing work requirements have really changed the ballgame in the last 5 years. It must be difficult to collect those signatures, even though they might (possibly) be legitimate voters.
