A Tom Wise CEO of Silverado Savings and Loan type SWINDLE.............Among other criminal things, he and Neil Bush offered savings account interest in the high teens to all his best friends and Uber Rich buddies. They jumped at it, because even if they knew it (he) was a fraud, it was guaranteed by the SLIC?
Silverado, under Michel Wise and Neil Bush (board member) got a bailout by the U.S. Taxpayers of 2 Billion in 1980 dollars.
The first morning of the trial in Denver, the judge threw out the case after the prosecutors spent two years compiling proof of Corruption, not just poor business management. The Denver Federal Judge recused himself from the trial, and they brought up a federal judge from Texas......
Wise, Bush, and none of the other board members paid a penny in fines or spent a single day incarcerated......
