They out here acting like the Dems are demanding new funding in exchange for confirmation votes. In fact, the Democrats are demanding that the administration cease and desist in blocking the funding already debated in committee and in the full body by both the House and Senate and approved by a regular and legal vote of the people's representatives. The administration is blocking funding. If they want their judicial nominees unblocked, they should stop blocking the funding already approved by the Congress.
