9. I've been upset that the us is not a part of the Rome Statute

Found reasons why:

Major Powers Not Members:
United States: The US has not ratified the Rome Statute and has expressed concerns about the court's jurisdiction over its citizens, particularly military personnel.
China: China is not a party to the Rome Statute and has not recognized the ICC's jurisdiction.
Russia: Russia is not a member of the ICC and has withdrawn its signature from the Rome Statute.
India: India is not a member of the ICC.
Israel: Israel is not a member of the ICC.
Other Notable Non-Members:
Several other countries have also not joined the ICC, including Iraq, Indonesia, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey.
Burundi and the Philippines have withdrawn from the ICC.
Some countries have signed the Rome Statute but have not ratified it, including Egypt, Iran, Sudan, and Syria.

The ICC issued arrest warrants for Bibi and the Hamas leader in November 2024. Bibi met with Krasnov at Our House in April 2025.

Krasnov should be next on the ICC'S wanted list.
