Unlike in other states the New York State Bar Association isn't involved in disciplinary matters. In New York each Appellate Court Department has an Attorney Grievance Committee. Any concerned citizen or group can make a complaint about illegal and/or improper attorney conduct to the "Committee" in their district. This is what happened here.

Albany is in the Third Department so anyone who has an issue with this guy or any confirming/supporting evidence can contact:
