In reply to the discussion: Gunman in Charlie Kirk killing still at large after FBI says first suspect released from custody [View all]AZJonnie
(1,423 posts)24. I think it's pretty likely the person has trained with a sniper rifle, possibly military
And I would imagine the number of trained snipers who are transgender is very, very small. But yeah, that WOULD be very, very bad. Same if they're an immigrant, esp. one not here legally.
If there can be said to be an optimal situation, in terms of the political fallout, the person is white, decorated military, and lost a loved one in a mass shooting who has animosity towards Kirk specifically over his callous talk about random gun violence.
However if that were the real situation, I very much doubt the public would ever be told thusly. Not by this DoJ/FBI, nor this M$M.

OP
FYI - This isn't funny, and, is actually pretty hateful, even if it wasn't intended that way.

Absolutely...shot him from 600 feet away. No way it was the guy the police had down early on.

The shooter is probably already dead if the person wasn't a DOJ or DOD employee.

I really hope the shooter is not trans, out of fear of a crackdown or violence against trans people.

Governor Cox (probably more reliable than Patel): 'person of interest' in custody, no information for a 2nd person

So, not DJT, looking for an excellent distraction from Epstein and excuse to strip gun rights from Democrats?

For a whole host of reasons, I will be shocked if the actual shooter is taken in alive

...or the shooter planned more thoroughly than someone who was mentally ill or violently aggrieved.

That's a great example of Kirk pushing conspiratorial, anti-government, false propoganda about the country

Simpler answer to your questions is that Patel is so clueless he is not in communication w FBI agent on the scene. . .nt

The shooter probably thought Charlie wasn't loyal enough to MAGA, Q-anon or whatever crazy shit they've come up with..

Please update your headline, like you did with your "Kirk shot" headline. He was RELEASED.

Their concentration on this individual gave the perpetrator more time to get away.
