Yesterday

During the Reagan administration it was ruled that anyone who went to an emergence room had to be given care whether they had health insurance or not. Whether they were in America legally was never ever mentioned. Republicans are now making it an issue and blaming it on Democrats and never mentioning the rule from the Reagan administration.
