but I would think the rest - the Secretary of State (Al Schmidt who was appointed by Shapiro) the Montco D.A. (a (D)), and even the Chair of the Montco County Commissioners (also a (D), who has election responsibilities), could try to go for something if it is determined his "primary residence" was really in MD.

I think the insinuation here is that voting in MD would not be consequential but voting in PA could be (although not necessarily in that County but at least contributing towards the total votes for the state, which is purple).

I know when I was in college in MA, I voted absentee for PA (my primary residence) and I was even in college during a Census and reported Philly as my primary residence (when completing the form that I got while in MA).
