4. We need a Constitutional Amendment to address gerrymandering regardless of party in my opinion.

And no I'm not saying I oppose what's happening in California because it's only a reaction to what Texas another Republican states are trying to pull by gerrymandering.
I'm just saying we need the amendment because leaving it to the politicians is like asking the fox to guard the hen house.
Another thing we need is that you can't get elected back into office unless you get 5% more votes than you previously got and that includes if you lose and then decide to run again later during the next election for the same level of office. So if you run for the house you need 5% more if you ever run for the house again at any other time in the future. If you run for the Senate though that is different and it starts off the same way where after the next election you need 5% more and so on.
