Make no mistake, the Dems have done it too. But almost all the recent violations have been done by Repukes.

Regardless, it's fact of human nature that anyone will try to tip the scale in their own favor, if they are given the chance. That's why NO INCUMBENTS should ever be included in the redistricting process.

Ideally each state should have a non-partisan committee, or a bi-partisan committee with no incumbents permitted.
