they're going to get more than they bargained for out of the citizenry in NOLA. Think ICE vehicles trapped on streets blocked off with giant floats and krewes in costumes (that obscure their identities at least as well as the masks these goons wear) coming out in droves to film their every move. The whistles will be purple, green and gold.
