We don't have the scalable tech to draw down CO2 in any meaningful way, no matter what some of the tech bros say, and it will take millennia to naturally sequester enough CO2 to stop this. If we've passed this tipping point, there is no serious slowing it any more.

Adaptation would require a massive migration away from the equator towards the poles, and abandoning every coastal city we have. All while emitting no additional carbon.

No one will do this, as it would destroy the global economy.
