I'd be happy to learn otherwise about the latter, but I have no reason to reassess with respect to the first.

Honestly, all they ever talk about is the punitive and abusive aspects of the Old Testament, so how DO THEY CALL THEMSELVES "CHRISTIANS?" Really...
