I had the best mojito last week at a restaurant in Niantic MA. It might have been the 9.5 hours driving that made it taste so good, but I think the bartender knew what he was doing. It was very cold and minty and limey. I am going to be experimenting, because I want that experience again, and I am a long way now from that fabulous and unexpected place.
