25. Ohhh, Pizza! 2 choices....

White Pizza
•dough
•olive oil
•base thin layer of pamarsan/reggano
•msny dollops of ricotta cheese on top
•minced fresh garlic into, or right around the riccotta

Afterwards I sprinkle more parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.

Sicilian
•dough
•olive oil
•sweet, and tangy tomato sauce
• covered in mozzarella cheese
•with, or w/o dollops of ground sweet Italian sausage on top

Sprinkled after baked with parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano

Of course, now I want some when my local shop is closed. 😄😑
