every chance he gets. No wonder they have so many bevies. My nest sits about 4 -5 feet outside my foyer entry. So I talk to them too. I usually just say “oh, momma or daddy you’re ok, I’m not gonna hurt ya.” The dad has mor blue on the sides of his neck, a tad easier to notice than mom. Mom is just that beautiful dove color.
