Nest in my window. So, I saw everything almost like I was at the zoo! They both take turns sitting on them and feeding them. Both male and female doves make “crop milk” in a pouch in their throats and, at the beginning, they feed the nestlings crop milk. Later they bring them seeds. I have video of both mom and dad feeding them! Except for the few days before they fledge, mom and dad rarely leave the nestlings alone. They will take turns looking for food and caring for them. I think Mom always does night duty. My doves were mourning doves. I believe most doves are monogamous. So, it’s probably always the same 2 that you see. (If the nest was successful the first time, they will often reuse that nest for the next brood.)
