Would like to take off another 40 but I’m very pleased so far. I just squeaked into Type 2 Diabetes (6.5 A1c) so Medicare pays.
Your appetite will decrease although food still tastes good. I eat a very small lunch like high-protein yogurt and fruit, and a normal dinner (meat, starch, veg). You will get full faster. Stop eating if you’re full or you may get a bellyache.
Side effects: Gastro. At first I had a lot of heartburn but that’s decreased. Doc prescribed Omneprazole (sp?).
Main complaint is constipation and that has not gone away. I take a fiber supplement and a stool softener which helps a LOT but I still poop only every 3 or 4 days. Drink a lot of water.
The injection does not hurt at all because the needle is very fine.
Ask me anything!
